User Style Sheets can be used to overide the presentation of HTML based web pages. They can be extremely powerful in enforcing the way in which the user desires a web page to be presented.You can set option of text font, size and colour. The font colour of hyperlinks etc. The wizard provided a user friendly way of writing the code for a user style sheet.
User Style Sheets are a client-side application of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), they can be used to overide the presentation of HTML based web pages. Most modern browsers provide support for a user preferences, but by using a user style sheet you have potentially more control over the presentation.
For continual browsing personalisation options, you could use the new JISC TechDis Toolbar that dynamically provides a whole range of colour and font choices, plus a number of additional personalisation options.
