Helpdesk System Update

We have recently been experiencing some difficulties with our helpdesk system, this has meant that some incoming emails have been severely delayed in getting to us, others have failed to reach us altogether. We are working tirelessly to rectify the problems and resume a normal working service as soon as possible. During this time, we would like to point out that it may take us a little longer than usual to respond to queries but that we are doing our best to ensure that your queries are dealt with as comprehensively as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.



If you have recently sent an email through to helpdesk@techdis.ac.uk and have not received an acknowledgement (with ticket number), please forward the original email to laura@techdis.ac.uk or call 01904 717580.
